Once signed by tenant and landlord our agreements are binding agreements and we do advise tenants to obtain independent holiday insurance in the unlikely event that they need to cancel their holiday, however, should we be successful in re-offering the holiday then we are more than happy to release the tenant from the agreement for a cancellation charge of £50.00.
Yes. We do have 1 property that will accept a well behaved dog Properties allowing animals
Keys can be collected between 2-5 pm onwards on the day of your arrival for most of our properties
with the exception of : Bramshill, 2 Ashlyns Road, and Highcross Third Avenue which will be 3pm onwards
Should you arrive after 5pm we can easily make the keys available at an alternative collection point. .
We ask that you vacate the property no later than 10.30 AM the day of your departure for most of our properties
with the exception of Bramshill, Ashlyns Road and Highcross Third Avenue which are a 10am departure time.
Duvets, mattress covers and pillows are supplied. However, we ask tenants to supply their own linen, t-towels and towels for all of our properties with the exception of :
Yes we can arrange linen hire on your behalf, however supplies are limited in busy periods so please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
£16 per double £8 per single and £2.50 for towels per person (1 bath and 1 hand towel) .
