How do I make a booking ?

Do I need to pay a deposite ?

In our smaller properties we may ask for a deposit at time of booking if:

 

However, we always ask for rent in advance when booking for our larger properties, due to high demand.

What if I need to cancel my booking ?

Once signed by tenant and landlord our agreements are binding agreements and we do advise tenants to obtain independent holiday insurance in the unlikely event that they need to cancel their holiday, however, should we be successful in re-offering the holiday then we are more than happy to release the tenant from the agreement for a cancellation charge of £50.00.

 

Do any properties accept animals ?

Yes. We do have 1 property that will accept a well behaved dog   Properties allowing animals 

 

 

What time can I collect my keys ?

Keys can be collected between 2-5 pm onwards on the day of your arrival for most of our properties
with the exception of : Brambles, Highcross, Langdown and Small House which will be 3pm onwards

 

What If I arrive late ?

Should you arrive after 5pm we can easily make the keys available at an alternative collection point. .

 

What time do I have to vacate ?

We ask that all keys are returned to the office by 10 am at the latest.

 

Is linen supplied ?

Duvets, mattress covers and pillows are supplied.
However, we ask tenants to supply their own linen, t-towels and towels for all of our properties
with the exception of :


who supply linen and towels in the price.

I am arriving by train and can not carry linen - Can I hire linen ?

Yes we can arrange linen hire on your behalf, however supplies are limited in busy periods so please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
£20 per double £10 per single and £2 for towels per person . 

 

I will be in a hurry and unable to clean the property before I leave.
Can I arrange a clean on my departure ?

We ask that you leave the property in the same condition as you found it, however, we do offer a cleaning service at an additional charge depending on the size of the property. Please contact Barbara on 07769665095 or contact us for more details.
