Name: Debbie - Approx Date of Stay: Jul

A deceptively spacious house close to the sea. We have enjoyed many years here.86 is very well equipped throughout, particularly the kitchen with spacious fridge freezer, excellent cooker and gas hob, and plenty of china, glass and general equipment. My only comment from someone who loves cooking, the cooks knives are all serrated- even the small one. I always take my own sharp knives! Beds all very comfortable, plenty of hangers- important! Modern smart bathroom and extra downstairs loo. We use the conservatory alot in the evenings and garden seating. Only thing missing is a decent barbecue. We take our own small one for the nights we don't eat out! Barbara is an excellent agent for 86, always available to help. We love 86.

The four of us had a great week with one bedroom each. Everything was nice, even the garden as we had 25 ° almost every day. It is a very good spot, near main street, you can reach even the beach easily with a bike.

This rather large spacious family home was a home for myself and my family who visited me from Australia we stayed for nine days , Polebarn lane was absolutely perfect there wasn’t one thing more that we could possibly have-wanted for, more than adequate . I would thoroughly recommend this for a family home.

We have been coming to Frinton and staying at 86 Polebarn Lane, every October half term for the past six years. Seven of us, four adults and three teens now. We love the space and cleanliness of the house, the location- having the beach at the end of the road. It is our haven. The children love coming as much as we do, fresh air, fun, brilliant facilities in the house, a huge dinning room for us all to have dinner together in. Always so comfortable and an enjoyable stay. Have been very lucky with the weather too, enabling us to BBQ on the beach and enjoy the beautiful coastline. Booking our stay is easy and Barbara is helpful, welcoming and accommodating when, on occasion we have had a problem. We will be booking to rerun again next October as it has become an annual holiday home and week that we love.

A very comfortable house, plenty of room for all eight of us. Pleasant garden & sun terrace with a cosy conservatory. Lovely bedrooms although one single bed could do with a new mattress if used by an adult. A nice walk to the shops or to the sea.
