Brambles is a superb, detached house situated in Third Avenue, only 3 mins walk from the Seafront and only 5 mins walk to Connaught Avenue shops restaurants, tennis and golf clubs. The house which offers great family accommodation sleeps 11-12 guests and offers spacious living accommodation to include downstairs bedroom and adjoing staower room, Family room with TV and a quiet sitting room with comfortable seating and additional dining area for formal dining. Access to a lovely sunroom with comfortable furniture overlooking the large well-kept garden offering afternoon sun for alfresco dining after a long day at the beach or sightseeing. Childrens playhouse.

The house benefits from downstairs bedroom and shower room / wc, an additional cloakroom on the ground floor, en-suite bathroom to bedroom one, fanily bathroom on the first floor and a large walk-in shower room on the second floor. A separate utility room with access to the garden and sideway

Utility room with large fridge washing machine/ tumble dryer, Sink. Door with access to side of house.

The garden is very well maintained and very private with drying facility and BBQ. Large garden table and chairs with parasol. Childrens playhouse. Corner seat.

(2nd Floor shower Room) Large fitted shower room on top floor to service 5th Bedroom with large double size shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin.

Excellent Frinton location and perfect short stay home - plenty of room, loads of bathrooms/showers/wcs, good play areas and garden for kids, well equipped and furnished. We had a couple of bulbs short in a bathroom and they were fixed in a couple of hours, so very efficient and attentive management.

Brambles is a very happy house to stay in. A perfect house for young and old and the proximity to the beach is a real plus. The house is very well equipped and the garden is beautifully looked after and a real joy. Thank you Barbara and the whole team, we had a great 3 weeks.

Fantastic house, perfect for family gatherings of all generations. Beautifully decorated, well thought through in layout and what's provided. Very comfortable beds, great and varied living spaces for all times of the day and a beautiful garden with BBQ. Excellent location on a beautiful road close to both beach and high street. Would absolutely recommend this house and hope to stay again soon.

This was our third stay at Brambles and it was again much enjoyed by all 3 generations of our family. We appreciate the space and homely touches it offers, its excellent position close to the Greensward, the sea views from 2 of its bedrooms and its sheltered enclosed garden. Frinton Holiday Lets are a pleasure to deal with and always ensure the house is clean and welcoming on arrival.
