Relax with the family or friends in this idyllic cottage in a fantastic location close to the sea, station & main high street. 3 bedrooms, Family bathroom. Lovely open plan living space downstairs with beautiful large fitted kitchen and dining area. Enjoy a glass of wine or some alfresco dining in the back garden where you benefit from the sun long into the afternoon. Coal BBQ . Dog friendly accommodation.
The front of the cottage faces Eton Road which looks down to the sea and is approx 2 minutes walk.
Connaught Avenue and shops are approx 5 minute walk and the train station approx 6 minutes walk.

Entrance to large extended kitchen with centre island and 3 stools. full length fridge and full length freezer, gas hob, eleetric oven and microwave.
Double doors to garden:
laid to lawn with newly laid patio area, with coal BBQ and table and wicker chairs.
Sideway to front of property so you can store bikes etc and when returning with your dog from the beach.
There is a newly solid fence and gate in front of the rear garden so that dogs can be secure.
NB THE NEXT DOOR COTTAGES HAVE RIGHT OF WAY THROUGH THE TOP OF THE GARDEN FOR BIKES ETC

We had a short stay at Poppy Cottage in October and loved it so much we decided to pop down again just 5 weeks later! Spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable, with towels provided and white bed linen this is a fabulous property. Warm and welcoming, you want for nothing. Can’t wait to come again.

A very well equipped, comfortable cottage with lovely linen and towels. Everything has been thought about both inside and outside and we wanted for nothing.
A full length mirror in the bedrooms would be useful and it is worth having an extension cable for plug sockets to reach the small mirrors provided.
We will definitely come again and recommend without hesitation.

Had a great 3 day break at Poppy Cottage with grandchildren & dog , Very clean & well presented , would defiantly stay again . Weather was poor so inside more than we planned , it was nice to be in pleasant surroundings & good open living space .

Perfect cottage.Clean cosy and quiet. Had everything we needed with a lovely sunny garden to sit in. Short walk to town or the beach. Very comfortable although could maybe do with another comfy chair in the lounge as had to use dinning chair with 6 adults. A full length mirror would be great somewhere. Will definitely be back

Had a lovely weeks stay at Poppy Cottage with the family the location is perfect for the beach and local restaurants couldn’t be better placed , and a really nice homely cottage will go back for sure

Highly recommend, what’s not to like. Great location and amenities on the door step. The house was perfect catering for everything we needed for a family with primary school aged children for a short break. Looking forward to returning in the summer holidays!
