This superb detached house is situated just 2 houses up from the greensward! So most convenient for the greensward and seafront, golf and tennis clubs and only 5 mins walk to Connaught avenue shops, cafes and bars.

The house which is extremely spacious inside and beautifully decorated with a large walk-in shower in the en-suite to bedroom one and a lovely fitted family bathroom. The property also benefits from a spacious lounge and separate dining room with a further room to the rear of the dining area which we xcall the sun room with large sliding patio doors giving access to the lovely garden. There is also a downstairs w.c. , a large fitted kitchen with separate table and 4 chairs. To the back of the house is a utility room with a large american fridge/freezer washing machine, sink and access to the rear garden. The enclosed rear garden is south westerly facing with a patio area with 2 patio tables 8 chairs and a bbq and great for the afternoon Sun !!

There is parking for up to 3 cars
