44 Upper Fourth is a charming and well maintained property, with lovely homely feel. My wife and I have stayed here with our two children (9 and 5 years old) on a number of occasions and always enjoyed our time there, well located a short walk from Connaught avenue and very close to train station - Highly recommend

This is an absolute gem of a holiday home! I'm loathe to leave a good review, because I don't want anyone else booking it in front of me! It's comfortable, charming and so lovingly put together. Everything you could wish for (the postcards are a lovely touch!) and we will be back next year xxx

Fantastic little house and great location to Connaught Avenue. Bifolds out into the garden made the evenings enjoyable whilst cooking for the family. Beds were comfortable for sleeping.

Fabulous house, very well equipped and comfortable; we wanted for nothing. Conveniently located with the railway, seafront or shops, just a short walk away. The Covid regulations were robust and the managment by Barbara thorough and very well organised. Would highly recommend. We can't wait to visit the property and Frinton again.

We stayed over the Christmas and New Year period. The owners put up a tree, a few thoughtful decorations and left us some chocolates, which was lovely. The house is in a good location for walking to the shops and beach. It is nicely decorated with all that you need. We particularly liked the beach art. This would be a great place to stay in the summertime.

A fantastic house, well situated and extremely cosy. Has everything you would want in a home away from home, was a great base for our two children, us and mother-in-law. Beach is a 10 minute walk, train station is less than a minute away and high Street is 5 minutes. Great holiday in Frinton, we will be back!

What a fantastic house! It had everything we needed, even a couple of phone chargers for those who forget... Only a few streets away from the beach and the shops/coffee shops/restaurants. Our only regret was that we didn't have a longer stay to enjoy it more. Very comfortable, homely, clean and tidy - would definitely recommend and next time we need accommodation in Frinton this will be our first choice!

Beautyfull house in a little town beside the sea. Sandy beaches. Good distance for walks around. Perfekt for shopping. Just 2 minutes away from railwaystation. Nice countryside and Clacton-on-Sea and Colchester. Inside the house everything was perfekt for to live more than a month long.
