Name: Anton family - Approx Date of Stay: Jun

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at the Pink House. The house flexibly accommodated three generations of our family and was thoughtfully equipped. It has obviously been a well loved family home and we all particularly enjoyed the Operation game we discovered in one of the cupboards! We would highly recommend Frinton Holiday Lets and thank Barbara very much for her very prompt attention which resolved a minor issue during our stay. Overall a very enjoyable holiday in a lovely East coast resort we know well.

Clean and freshly painted. Everything is here. Perfect holiday home and just a short walk to the beautiful beaches.

The fact that we first stayed in the "Pink House" in 2006 and have booked again for 2022 is an effective endorsement of our appreciation. The property is very clean and well equipped and also nicely situated for both shopping and access to the beach. The fact that there are 3 toilets was a great advantage when we had family visits with younger grandchildren. Having sheets etc provided is an advantage too. On the very few occasions, over many years, when there has been even the slightest problem, this has been speedily resolved by Barbara the agent.

We've stayed here several times now. The house is well laid out with a suntrap of a garden and only a short walk to the sea at the end of the road. All facilities are here and three toilets is a luxury for a family stay. It's clean, tidy and we can't wait to return.

We have stayed here twice before. Great location. Short walk to the beach or to Connaught Avenue with shops and restaurants. This Covid year saw the Pink House cleaner than ever and even smelling clean. Everything is here plus the luxury of not one but 3 toilets! Great family house.

We enjoyed our week at the Pink House, which we found to be warm, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location 'inside the gates', a short walk to the shops, seafront and station.

Excellent, Everything in order as one would expect concerning furnishings, bedlinen and cooking utensils. With the conservatory there is more space than one might think down stairs. Kitchen and bathroom are both of high standard. The garden is an added attraction, as one can sit out and enjoy the quiet of a summer's evening. it is also well tended by a gardener. Over many years we have had few problems but all have been sorted out in a very short time with the minimum of fuss. As a retired teacher I am assuming 10 is good and 1 is bad, if that is the case I'd rate the pink house 9 and a half but your system won't let me!!

A very cosy and well-equipped house for a family holiday. The décor is slightly dated but everything was very comfortable. We stayed over the Christmas week and there was plenty of heat and hot water. Loved the three loos! The only downside was that the owner wasn't able to provide any Christmas decorations and we didn't have room in the car to bring any with us. However as we were visiting relatives, we just enjoyed theirs instead. Would definitely consider booking again at any time of year.

Had a lovely time here with my daughter. The house is cosy and warm. Very clean. Very suitable for families. Very homely. I travelled by train, it's very close to the station, shops, seaside, all within walking distance. Definitely come here again.

Lovely clean house, comfortable beds, even the bunk beds. Close to the sea and I enjoyed seeing the odd train running along the track at the back of the garden. The map was very useful as sometimes you just need a large map laid out on the floor to get a good overview.

My family and I loved everything about this house. It was everything we could have asked for and more. My two children aged five and three had so much fun and felt right at home, they also enjoyed the garden which was not too cold even in November due to it being partially enclosed by trees and bushes keeping out the wind. The owners have really given a lot of thought into the home by supplying things like a box of toys, a games cupboard, a good selection of videos and dvds, plastic plates/cups for the kiddies and even bath toys. I would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially those who have young ones. It was really nice to come home from a day out and be able to relax, there was nothing dangerous for kids and we kept the windows locked for extra peace of mind but the children just kept themselves busy. The kitchen is fully equipped and top of the range. The whole house was spotlessly clean and also very easy to keep clean. If you are look
