The Small House

A superb semi-detached house in an excellent residential position, being only a few minutes walk to the seafront, but also convenient for the town centre with its shops bars and restaurants, and again only moments walk from frinton's golf and tennis clubs.

The house which offers spacious accommodation and is ideal for a family celebrating a special occasion or for a group of friends. The property benefits from a large kitchen, dining area with large table and chairs and a conservatory that are all linked to give you a great space for get togethers. The conservatory also has access to the large enclosed rear garden with patio and BBQ

There is a lovely sitting room situated to the front of the house with comfortable seating for evenings or for a touch of peace and quiet.

There are 2 en-suites from the 2 main bedrooms a large family bathroom, a shower room for the second floor bedroom and a cloakroom on the ground floor.

The ground floor has underfloor heating which is great for comfort under foot during the winter !
