We would like to welcome you to The Coign, a much loved, detached family friendly home, situated a stone’s throw from the Greensward and the beach on one of Frinton’s popular College roads (see Location map below).
The Coign retains many original features from the Arts and Crafts period and has been thoughtfully decorated with peace and respite in mind. The property features many areas to relax, including a snug and large, comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with triple aspect.
The Coign has USB plugs, a 54 inch Smart TV with access to Streaming Services (Netflix, BBC iPlayer etc) and has Alexa speakers to connect to.
The kitchen provides access to the garden. It is well maintained with many appliances and utensils to suit all levels of cook and a breakfast bar to socialise at and linger over a cup of tea whilst enjoying views of the mature garden. The open plan kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (10 capsules included).
The garden is well maintained and has seating for eight, a BBQ (Briquette) children’s swing, wendy house, and many different areas to relax and read or simply enjoy the sounds of the beach.
It is a family home with three double bedrooms which can be made up to both double or twin bed configurations, and a bunk bedroom.
The property has a beautifully decorated family bathroom with artworks by local photographers and a separate shower room.

Fantastic week. The house was superb and offered a pleasant environment, well equipped and well furnished . Washing line outside would be handy and a few larger towels. But neither essential!

Fantastic home that satisfies all the wants and needs of any family, all mode cons, very well appointed house, All the beds are very comfortable and all of my family had a great nights sleep, as a family we would highly recommend this home, I would also like to add that dealing with Frinton holiday let’s was seamless.

Spent Christmas as a blended family at the house. Lots of space and very comfortable, tastefully decorated family home. Well equipped kitchen. We had a wonderful Christmas and cooked on Christmas day and Boxing day. Barbara was great. Throughly recommend.
