This extremley spacious apartment is situated in a popular Avenues location being very close to the Frinton on seas Esplanade and greensward, but only a short walk from golf, tennis and cricket clubs, Connaught Avenue shops, restaurants and cafes.

The apartment is very large covering the entire first floor of a converted house and benefits from a separate lounge, dining room, large outside terrace with table and chairs and enclosed sunroom with comfortable seating, en-suite shower room, and a recently re-fitted family bathroom.

This flat is the perfect choice for a larger family holiday wanting to be close to all amenities.

The apartment is priced reasonably for even smaller parties.

NB Please note there is an outside terrace with access from the lounge (through locked patio doors) so we recommend that families with under 5's should take note !!! when booking this property. Children should be accompanied at all times when on the outside terrace.

Lovely sunroom with comfortable seating - the windows are a spance of patio doors overlooking surround gardens and beyond, with distant seaviews. Perfect place to unwind.

Family bathroom: recently refurbished bathroom with enclosed bath, separate shower cuibicle and screen wash hand basin, low level w.c.

There is a lockable bike / buggy store outside - by prior arrangement with agent for the key.

We love the space in this flat. With an outside terrace and a sun-room in addition to a lounge and dining room, you can always find a quiet corner. The location is great, too. Yards from the greensward and sea front and close to the Avenue shops. All on pretty flat ground so ideal for walking, cycling, buggies and wheelchairs. The flat is comfortable, but not pristine, so ideal for a relaxing break away from home. And being self-catering, the food is as good or as bad as you care to make for yourself.

We have been returning to this flat for a number of years as it is makes ideal accommodation for our extended family within a easy reach of the beautiful Frinton beach. The flat is very spacious and well appointed and always spotlessly clean. We particularly like the dining options of either the large separate dining room or sunny balcony. The accommodation is very flexible , with off road parking( very useful in August) and a shed to house our bikes.

A spacious and gracious flat with lots of room, uplifting atmosphere and colour schemes (particularly the lounge) and well-furnished. It was extremely comfortable and my father and I particularly enjoyed sitting in the sun-lounge in the morning after breakfast and in the evening when the heat of the sun was not at its peak. A well equipped kitchen and spotlessly clean throughout. There are about eighteen steps up to the flat but there is a landing midway for a rest!

A lovely spacious 1st floor flat ( much larger than anticipated) situated in a quiet residential road within a few minutes walk of the sea front. There was plenty of space to seat 10 in the dining room, a large kitchen with a 50/50 fridge freezer, a comfortable lounge with access to an outside patio, a self contained master bedroom with shower room, a reasonable sized double (a king size bed would be better) and a large twin bedroom, with access to patio, which can be adapted to sleep 4. The flat was very clean on arrival and linen (ordered and paid for separately) in place on the beds. Barbara Sutherland was extremely helpful and communication was excellent, thank you. We would not hesitate to return should the need arise.

We love this flat and have stayed many times. It is not the smartest but feels homely and comfortable. Above all it has SPACE which includes an outside terrace and a spacious sun-room. Although it sleeps 8, pricing makes it quite viable for two couples without children.The location is not sea-facing but is perfect for access to both shops and sea-front. Host Barbara is always welcoming and helpful.

This is an excellent and (huge) apartment with pretty well everything needed for a family holiday, a stone's throw from the greensward and a short gentle slope to the beach. Barbara is the most conscientious of hosts and a pleasure to do business with. I'm sure she would provide all guests with daily sunshine if it were in her power. But the North Sea in October can throw almost anything at the residents of Frinton. We have loved it for years, in all seasons.

We have been lucky to stay at this flat for several consecutive summers and find it the perfect holiday base. It is ideally located on one of Frinton elegant residential avenues that lead to the sea front. The flat is very spacious, accommodating 6 people easily in comfort. There are various options for dining within the flat , including a lovely sunny covered balcony. The kitchen is well appointed , and has more equipment than expected in a holiday flat. We stayed this summer in the Covid crisis and the flat was spotlessly clean and every effort was made to make us feel welcome and safe.

A very pleasant and comfortable flat with plenty of cutlery etc. in the kitchen and extra bedding. Personally I loved the interesting choice of pictures. We had a very enjoyable Christmas break. The flat must be very sunny and bright in the summer but unfortunately not for us due to problems with stair-climbing!
