Do I need to pay a deposit?

At booking, FHL require a 25% deposit of the full amount on returning the signed agreement plus a £30 booking fee. The balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. The date this balance -is due is shown on the booking agreement.

Do any properties accept animals ?

Yes. We do have 1 property that will accept a well behaved dog   Properties allowing animals 

 

 

What time can I collect my keys ?

Keys can be collected between from 3pm on the day of your arrival for most of our properties
with the exception of : Brambles, Highcross, Langdown , Small House , 11 Fourth Avenue and Rookwood which will be 4pm onwards.

No exceptions can be made for early arrival or late departures during July and August

 

What If I arrive late ?

Should you arrive after 5pm we can easily make the keys available at an alternative collection point.
Please speak to the agent when they contact you to confirm the key collection point.

 

What time do I have to vacate ?

We ask that all keys are returned to the office by 9.30 am at the latest no exceptions can be made for late departure during July and August.

 

Is linen supplied ?

Duvets, mattress covers and pillows are supplied.

All other properties do not include linen in their prices but this can be arranged at an additional charge.


 

I will be in a hurry and unable to clean the property before I leave.
Can I arrange a clean on my departure ?

We ask that you leave the property in the same condition as you found it, however, we do offer a cleaning service at an additional charge depending on the size of the property. Please contact Barbara on 07769665095 or contact us for more details.

 

If I have a query while at my holiday home who should I call?

Should you have any queries or emergencies during your stay please call 07769665095

If there is a problem with your holiday home when you arrive, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can help where possible. To leave a query until after your departure will not have enabled us to rectify any problems.

Can I hire a beach hut with my holiday home ?

Yes we can also help you with a beach hut (subject to availability ) please speak to our agent or go to Beach Huts Frinton and see what we have available.
