We are very pleased to be able to offer for rent this extremely spacious older style semi-detached house, situated in an excellent position situated opposite Oxford Road with views towards the seafront from the main bedroom and lounge. The house is 5 minutes walk down to Connaught Avenue shops, tennis and golf clubs.
The house which is over 3 floors offers great family accommodation and benefits from 2 en-suite shower rooms, breakfast room and separate dining room and a large enclosed rear garden.

kitchen/breakfast room, with large dinging table, worktops to either side of the newly fitted kitche. american style fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, with builts in washing machine and tumble dryer , dishwasher, microwave, further door to dining room with dining table and chairs, patio doors giving access to large enclosed rear garden with Patio area.
Stairs to first floor. Main Bedroom with double bed, door to newly re-furbished en-suite shower room with wash hand basin and w.c., single shower corner unit.
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, desk, hanging space
Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds, wardrobe.
Family Bathroom : Newly fitted Bathroom, with enclosed bath and shower over, low level w.c., wash hand basin. Further stairs to 2nd floor.
Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds, door to newly fitted en-suite shower room, with corner shower unit, wash hand basin and w.c., (this bedroom also has a sofabed but plenty of room for a extra bed ) (sofabed or Z-bed ) provided please ask when making enquiries (you would ned to supply your own linen for the 9th bed.

We had a fantastic week at glen-a-mor. What a fantastic house! The newly refurbished kitchen was well equipped and the lounge cosy with plenty of seats. It was a great size for 2 families to share and very clean and well kept.
A lovely sized garden and just a short walk to the beach making it perfect for little legs.
We will be back!
