Please read this carefully, before signing our agreement

The Signed agreements by both tenant and landlord are considered binding agreements.

We advise tenants to obtain independent holiday insurance in the unlikely event that, for whatever reason, they may need to cancel their holiday.

At booking, FHL require a 25% deposit of the full amount on returning the signed agreement plus a £30 booking fee. The balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. The date this balance -is due is shown on the booking agreement.

Cancellations

All cancellation requests are required to be put in writing to FHL

  • Cancelations over 10 weeks before the holiday is due to start, then the deposit and booking fee will be forfeited.
  • Cancellations between 10 – 6 weeks before the holiday is due to start, FHL require 50% of the holiday cost*, including the £30 booking fee.
  • Cancellation less than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Under the terms of the rental agreement the full rent is payable on cancellation*.
  • FHL also strongly advises that guests take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover unplanned events. Without insurance, you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to a cancellation.
