We are delighted to be able to offer this well presented 3-bedroom property which is within easy walking distance of both Walton and Frinton amenities and beautiful coastal walks and access via a slipway to the Esplanade and stunning beaches which are only 2-3 minutes walk away!

The property sleeps 8 guests plus a baby is also dog friendly!

Walton-on-the-Naze train station is approx 5 minutes’ walk so this is an ideal position when visiting the area by train. Walton on the Naze and the Pier is about an 8/10 min Walk

Frinton on Sea and its town centre and beach are approximately 15 min walk.

This is a perfect property if you are looking to explore both Frinton and Walton with or without a car.

Accommodation comprises Front door with stairs to first floor and door to a Spacious Lounge/Diner.

Lounge area: TV, coffee table, 3 Sofas for comfort.
The dining area: Large dining table which is suitable for up to 8 people and the house also provides a highchair. Door to rear garden.

From the dining room there is a further door to the spacious kitchen which is newly fitted and fully equipped with worktop and range of storage cupboards below, W/M, T/D, M/W electric hob and oven. From the kitchen there is a side access door to the rear garden and front of property.

The secure and enclosed Garden which is laid to lawn with an access from the dining area or a side access door from the kitchen. There is a small play house for younger children and a rotary Dryer

First floor:

Master bedroom situated to the front of the property with a king-sized bed, beside cabinets and double wardrobe. Wall mounted TV. There is space for a travel cot in this room.

Door to en-suite shower room: enclosed shower cubicle, low level w.c. wash hand basin.

Bedroom 2: Sleeps 4: 2 sets of Bunk beds,(1 set are standard size the other set are child size . Wardrobe cupboard

Separate Shower room with enclosed shower cubicle, low level w/c, wash hand basin.

Bedroom 3: Double bed with wardrobe. chest of drawers.

There are stair gates at both the bottom and top of the stairs.
Off road parking for 1 small car, with a dropped kerb so parking for 1 extra car.
