This ground floor flat is situated in an excellent position mid-way between Frinton on Sea and Walton on Naze directly on the greensward, therefore offering wonderful views to sea with a small patio area and communal gardens to the back of the flat.
The flat, which is set in a very secluded and quiet position mid way between Frinton and Walton has direct access to the greensward either via the patio door or a private gate to the side of the block giving access to slope that takes you to the beach, offering walks to both Frinton and Walton.
This is a perfect retreat if you would like the best of both worlds, quiet accommodation but Walton only 6-8 minutes walk and Frinton only 15 mins walk or a short drive away.

We stay at Cliff Court every year and love it. It's the perfect place if you just want to unwind and relax.
The beach is a stones throw away and it is the most beautiful sandy beach with shallow waters, safe for children. If you hit the right weather, there's no better place.
The flat is in between Frinton & Walton so both are within walking distance & both have their own charm. The flat is clean, functional and quiet - we have stayed there both with our small children years ago, and now as an 'older' (!) couple on our own and the flat worked perfectly in both situations.
