Flat A Eastry is a ground floor flat with the benefit of a garden situated in a popular Avenues location. The flat is very close to the Frinton on sea's Esplanade and greensward, but only a short walk from golf, tennis and cricket clubs, Connaught Avenue shops, restaurants and cafes.

This flat which is approx 8 properties up from the greensward is ideal for guests wanting ground floor accommodation (nb there are steps down to the garden from the rear but there is access via the front side gate with only 1 step )

It has a large conservatory at the rear which is also the dining area and part of the lounge which has direct access to the garden.

This flat is the perfect choice for a small family, couples or a single guest.

Lounge area: With leather 3 piece suite, leather swivle chair, coffee table, TV.

Access to conservatory / dining area. With dining table and chairs, table and lamp. Double doors to rear garden.

Steps to garden laid to lawn with garden table and chairs, 2 loungers. Gazebo area with seating for 4 guests

Side access to front of block and bin area.

Parking to front of block (shared with flat 3 ) this is on a first come basis.
Free parking on the road.

We had a 4 night short break here late September. The flat is lovely, spacious and quite well equipped. We slept in the front bedroom which is huge with lots of light from the large windows. The flat has what looks like a recently laid patio and a separate seating area too. There are sun loungers to use on the patio. The flat is located in a very desirable road and is a stones throw from the beach. Altogether a great location for a relaxing holiday in Frinton. Would highly recommend.
