In keeping with Frinton’s elegance we are pleased to be able to offer this stunning Edwardian period property situated in an excellent residential position in the sought after Avenue's area of Frinton on Sea.
Langdown is a stunning traditional house that offers elegance, comfort and space and is decorated and furnished to a very high standard.
The house is only a short walk to Frinton on seas greensward and seafront and approx. 3 minutes’ walk to Connaught Avenue which offers local restaurants and shops and is also ideally located for the Golf and Tennis club and only a short walk to Frintons Cricket club.
The beautifully decorated lounge leads to a lovely garden room and from here you have access through French doors to the well-kept enclosed rear garden which benefits from a raised decking area for outdoor entertaining.
A lovely bespoke kitchen being well equipped with a second larder area and extra fridge has access to the orangery area with a large table and chairs with french doors to the fully enclosed south westerly garden and decking area for those lovely evenings in the garden and al-fresco dining.
On the first floor you have 3 bedrooms plus another room which currently serves as office space, The main bedroom benefits from an en-suite suite and an outside balcony. There is also a further family bathroom with a 1.1/2 shower cubicle.
Up on the Second floor you have another 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The house also benefits from a utility room with washing machine tumble dryer and sink
and a cloakroom.
NB Tenants are required to supply their own beach towels. The house towels should not be used for the beach.
There is parking for 2 vehicles on the gravel driveway.

We stayed at Langdown for our annual University get together, and we had a wonderful time. The house is amazing with lots of space for us all to relax and enjoy ourselves. The location to the beach is ideal for a blustery winter beach walk, followed by lunch in town. I would whole heartedly recommend this property for large family and friend gatherings.

A wonderful spacious home perfect for large families or groups. We were 8 adults and 8 children and the house accommodated us easily. The adults could sit in the orangery or lounge while the kids played in the play room. The house was clean and well equipped and a very short walk to the shops and seafront. Barbara and her team were very helpful and communication was excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

16 of us stayed here over Xmas and New year. We all had a great time. The house was amazing for Families and young couples. Big enough to have space for yourself and to catch up with others in either of the reception rooms. The house was equipped with everything you need, lots of toys / games for the kids too. Great location to beach and high street. Communication between booking and arriving was great. The bedding / towels and house were spotless! Would 100% recommend staying here and we will be booking again for the summer!
