It also benefits from a ground floor shower room with 1.1/2 shower cubicle, vanity wash hand basin and WC, plus a large utility room with storage , washing machine, tumble dryer and sink unit.
The enclosed rear garden is south westerly facing with newly laid large patio area with 2 patio tables 8 chairs and a BBQ and great for the afternoon Sun !!

We have so enjoyed our family week at 11 Fourth Avenue for the past few years & hope to do so again in 2021. It is such a lovely spacious house and so conveniently located for our beach hut near the golf course. My family so look forward to our week in Frinton and hopefully in the future staying in this wonderful house

This is such a beautiful house with everything you could possibly need for a week by the seaside. During this years stay we were able to host all our extended family in the garden on one evening as there is so much space there, we could all socially distance without any issues. Barbara and her colleagues are so helpful and we felt very safe, knowing that the house had been fogged and cleaned to a very high standard. We look forward to our annual stay next year.

Beautifully position house near the front. Light and spacious and modern with everything you need provided for a comfortable stay. Every room is a good size, with a lovely open plan kitchen dinner leading out onto a spacious garden with outside dinning seating.

Everything went very well; it is a lovely house, recently updated, with plenty of space and bathroom facilities and an excellent well-equipped kitchen. Heating, TV's and WiFi worked well. It was good for two families sharing. We had good weather so the patio area at the rear was ideal for lunches and afternoon tea. The quiet location is excellent, 100 yards from the greensward and 400 yards from the end of Connaught Avenue. Thoroughly recommended.

The house was great originally but with the new extension it is very comfortable and spacious. Well equipped it has everything you need for a big family for a week’s stay. We will be back next year !!
