We are pleased to be able to offer his amazing detached house situated on a large corner plot in Third Avenue being only 4 mins walk to Frinton on Sea seafront and only a short walk to Connaught Avenue shops and restaurants, tennis, golf clubs and Frinton on Sea railway station.

The property offers exceptional accommodation and is perfect for a lovely family get together or for that special celebration .

The house which sits in large well kept gardens benefits from a kitchen/diner covering 10 meters with a span of bi-fold doors giving access the side garden and patio area with large table and chairs plus gas BBQ.

The front of the house is surrounded by beautiful gardens with plenty of space to enjoy the games provided to suit all ages to include foot ball goals, tennis net, bikes, scooters and table tennis table.

The house also includes use of a beach hut on the low wall apppx 5 mins walk from the house.

A damage deposit will be required with final payment and returned after your departure should the house have be left in satisfactory condition after your departure.




Inside the house you will enter a large spacious and light hallway with a staircase to the first floor with an attractive half moon window and the first floor hallway with roof lights making it lovely and light.

The large lounge/sitting room which looks over the gardens also has access to a side terrace overlookingthe gardens . This room is ideal for adults or for quiet evenings. The room offers 2 large three seater sofas, window seat, large fireplace (working fire ) and hearth, TV/ DVD, 2 coffee tables.

The large kitchen/breakfast/dining area which has the most impressive dining table with 12 chairs (extra chairs available ) This is the perfect place for family dining and has access via a large spance of bi-folding doors that open up to the side patio area with a large table and chairs and BBQ. The side garden also has a small playhouse for the children.
From the front access of the kitchen is a garden to the side of the house with childrens large trampoline.

The kitchen which has been installed to an extremely high standard has a large centre island with four bar stools, 2 ovens , large fridge / freezer and 2 further freezer/chill drawer. The kitchen is very well equipped for a large group with equipment to cover all catering needs. From the kitchen is access to the utility room with 2 washing machines and umble dryer, and a sink unit.

From the kitchen is access to the children's playroom with ice hockey game TV and x box, various books and games which is prefect to keep them happy while preparing your evening meal

The master bedroom with a 1 king-size bed has access to a large impressive balcony which overlooks the grounds with table and chairs for 2 This bedroom has recently had a new fitted en-suite bathroom suite with underfloor heating and benefits from a freestanding bath with shower attachement and a large double size walk in shower cubicle and screen, low level w.c, and wash hand basin.
