This modern, three-bedroom apartment is situated on the eighth floor
directly on Frinton-on-Sea's Esplanade, thus offering fabulous,
uninterrupted vistas from the balcony and lounge/dining room and also from
all three bedrooms and the kitchen. These really are the best views in town!
The flat – complete with free WIFI - offers spacious accommodation and is
just two minutes walk from the beaches and two minutes from the main high
street of Connaught Avenue with its shops, cafes and restaurants. It is a
five minute walk to Frinton’s prestigious tennis, golf and cricket clubs.
The lounge, in addition to its awesome views, has full colour TV, DVD, video
and music facilities and has two big settees with bean bags for the
more-laid back. The dining room table seats eight people.
There are two double bedrooms, another bedroom with four bunkbeds and the
option for a blow-up bed in the lounge too. The bathroom has shower,
washbasin and toilet and there is another separate toilet room too.
A brand new, integrated kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave,
fridge-freezer, washing machine/dryer and all mod cons was installed in
Frinton Court benefits from full lift access making this an ideal holiday
flat for the elderly, disabled or wheelchair users. There is ample parking
on the road which is unrestricted in front of the block. You can off-load your luggage on a 20 minute parking bay (if available) and then you need to move your vehicle on to the road.

A lovely week in a great location. The views didn’t disappoint. Well equipped flat clean and practical. We will defiantly be booking again hopefully in 2021. We have stayed before and I am sure we will again. Great apartment with great views of a fantastic town. Good facilities in a very well maintained building. Right on the front and just a few minutes walk from either the beech or the town. Love it.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment in a fabulous location. Everything you could need for a short break or a longer holiday. Wonderful views; you couldn't really get much closer to the beach. Lovely balcony for watching the world go by. Very much a "premium property" and we would love to return.
