Sleeps 8, 3 double bedrooms, bunk bedroom & sofa bed. Spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, family bathroom & seperate shower room. Garden with large table,bbq, children’s swing and comfy swing seats.Situated in one of the college areas of Frinton on Sea, only moments away from the beach and greensward.

We see this house as a special place for respite and to restore balance into peoples lives which is reflected in the décor and ambience of The Coign. Each room has it's own personality with complimentary colours and style

The Coign has some peaceful spaces to sit, read, or just be, alongside bedrooms which have their own individual character and feel.
